Refund policy

We have a 1-day return policy, which means you have 1 day after receiving your item to request a return for in store credit.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, without odor (such as smoke etc.), unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase along with emailing pictures of the item if damaged.

If your return is accepted, we will give you a return confirmation code to write on your receipt then you pay to ship it back to us. All returns will be charged a restocking fee and instructions on how and where to send your return. Please note that you will receive store credit only on the value of your return minus the original shipping costs and minus the 20% restocking fee once we have received your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We reserve the right to adjust this in the case of damaged items and if we have a replacement available.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is for you to purchase the new item while your return is processing and has been given a return code. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically be given your store credit in the form of a store gift card to use towards a replacement item or future purchase.
